For over a year now, one of our most enthusiastic supporters in the midwest has been the Western Michigan University triathlon team. A wonderful organization, who sponsors numerous charitable events throughout their region, it was our pleasure to begin to supply them with wheels in the later months of 2010, and to continue to do so through 2011. While here at HQ in San Diego, it’s difficult to fathom the sort of mental fortitude necessary to train for triathlons in a bitter Midwestern winter, we wish them the best of luck in their continued efforts to become the premier force among collegiate Triathlon teams. All we can do is ensure that they’re riding the best possible aero equipment for that extra competitive edge.
While we have had good results sponsoring WMU, we certainly don’t see them as our sole triathlon representatives. Are you or your team in a similar situation and in need of racing wheels? Expansion into multisport is a new effort for us, and the cooperation of racing teams and clubs is very important towards this end.
